Zengmao
Chen received his BEng degree in Electronics Information Engineering from
Nanjing University of Posts & Telecommunications (NUPT), Nanjing, P. R.
China in 2003 and MSc degree in Communications and Information Systems from
Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT),
