This is a photography of my friend and a group member Sam presenting FPGA (field programmable gate array). It was used during a third year group project. The purpose of the project was to create a machine that would make storage of atomic waste easier by changing it into glass. The process is called verification and it makes the radioactive waste easier to handle and more stable.
