The advance program of IEEE Photonic Society Summer Topicals’2009 is available. OCDMA Advance Program.

Dr. Xu Wang serves the Topical Co-Chair of OCDMA and will chair the “OCDMA Service” session.

We will also present a paper entitled “Demonstration of Time-Domain Spectral Phase Encoding/DPSK Data Modulation using Single Phase Modulator” in the conference.
