UESTC delegation visited HWU

A UESTC delegation visited Heriot Watt University on 4^th September, 2011. The members include Prof. Xiao Bo Yang (VP of UESTC), Prof. Yong Fan (Head of School of Electronic Engineering, UESTC), and two other professors.

The delegation visited the OCPN group of HWU and discussed the collaboration between UESTC and HWU.
